একাউন্ট খোলার সময় নতুনরা প্রায় একই জায়গায় হোঁচট খান। ভুলগুলো আগে জানলে ঝামেলা অনেক কমে।

অন্যের নম্বরে একাউন্ট খোলা। পরে OTP আসে সেই নম্বরে, তখন পাসওয়ার্ড ফেরাতে বিপদ হয়।
একই ব্যক্তির নামে দুটি একাউন্ট খোলা। কোনটির ব্যালান্স কোথায়, পরে গুলিয়ে যায়।

Notout পাসওয়ার্ড বদলানোর দুটি পথ আছে। পাসওয়ার্ড মনে থাকলে লগইন করে প্রোফাইল থেকে বদলাবেন। ভুলে গেলে notout.co-র লগইন পাতার “Forgot your password?” লিংক থেকে নিবন্ধিত ফোন নম্বরে OTP নিয়ে নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড বসাবেন। এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে আইডি খুললে এজেন্টও রিসেট করে দিতে পারেন। নিচে তিনটি পথ ধাপে ধাপে দেওয়া হলো।

আমরা ১৩ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ তারিখে notout.co-র লগইন, রিসেট আর সাইন আপ পাতা খুলে ঘরগুলো দেখেছি। কোনো তথ্য জমা দিইনি, লগইনও করিনি।

লগইন করে Notout পাসওয়ার্ড বদলানোর ধাপ

পাসওয়ার্ড মনে থাকলে এটাই সবচেয়ে সহজ পথ।

নিজে টাইপ করে notout.co খুলুন এবং Login চাপুন।
ইউজারনেম আর বর্তমান পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে ঢুকুন।
নিচের বা ওপরের মেনু থেকে Profile খুলুন।
পাসওয়ার্ড বদলের অপশনে গিয়ে পুরনো পাসওয়ার্ড, তারপর নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড দুবার লিখুন।
সংরক্ষণ করে লগআউট করুন, তারপর নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে আবার ঢুকে দেখুন।

একটি কথা খোলাখুলি বলি। সাইটের মেনুতে Profile দেখা যায়, কিন্তু আমরা লগইন করে ভেতরের মেনুর ঠিক নাম যাচাই করিনি। নাম “Change Password” বা কাছাকাছি কিছু হতে পারে। না পেলে এজেন্টকে জিজ্ঞেস করুন।

লগইনের সময় অন্য কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমাদের Not Out সাহায্য পাতা দেখুন।

প্রথম লগইনে পাসওয়ার্ড বদল কেন জরুরি

এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে আইডি খুললে প্রথম পাসওয়ার্ড প্রায়ই এজেন্ট ঠিক করে দেন। তখন সেই পাসওয়ার্ড আপনি ছাড়াও আরেকজন জানেন। তাই প্রথমবার ঢুকেই নিজের বানানো পাসওয়ার্ড বসান।

প্রথম লগইনে বদল বাধ্যতামূলক কি না, তা আমরা যাচাই করতে পারিনি। বাধ্যতামূলক না হলেও বদলে নেওয়াই নিরাপদ অভ্যাস।

পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেলে রিসেটের ধাপ

notout.co-র লগইন পাতায় পাসওয়ার্ড ঘরের নিচে “Forgot your password?” লিংক আছে। এটি একটি রিসেট পাতায় নিয়ে যায়। সেখানে লেখা আছে, নিবন্ধিত নম্বরে OTP পাঠানো হবে।

লগইন পাতায় “Forgot your password?” চাপুন।
যে ফোন নম্বর দিয়ে আইডি খুলেছিলেন, সেটি লিখুন।
ফোনে আসা OTP নির্দিষ্ট ঘরে দিন।
Create New Password ঘরে নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড লিখুন।
Confirm New Password ঘরে একই পাসওয়ার্ড আবার লিখে RESET PASSWORD চাপুন।

OTP শুধু এই পাতায় লিখবেন। কেউ ফোন বা মেসেজে OTP চাইলে দেবেন না, এমনকি নিজেকে এজেন্ট বললেও।

এজেন্ট দিয়ে রিসেট

notout.net-এর হোমপেজের প্রশ্নোত্তরে বলা আছে, লগইন করতে না পারলে যে এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলেছেন তাকে জানান, তিনি পাসওয়ার্ড রিসেট করে দিতে পারেন। আপনার এজেন্টকে চিনতে Not Out মাস্টার এজেন্ট লিস্ট খুলে নাম আর নম্বর মিলিয়ে নিন।

এজেন্ট রিসেট করে দিলে নতুন পাসওয়ার্ডটিও তিনি জানবেন। তাই ঢুকেই আবার নিজে বদলে নিন।

শক্ত পাসওয়ার্ড বানানোর নিয়ম

Notout-এর সাইন আপ আর রিসেট পাতায় পাসওয়ার্ডের নমুনা হিসেবে বড় হাতের অক্ষর, ছোট হাতের অক্ষর, চিহ্ন আর সংখ্যা মেশানো একটি উদাহরণ দেখানো হয়। ন্যূনতম দৈর্ঘ্য বা নিয়ম পাতায় লেখা নেই। তাই সাধারণ নিরাপত্তা নিয়ম মানুন।

Notout পাসওয়ার্ড বদল না হলে সমাধান

অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপদ রাখার অভ্যাস

পাসওয়ার্ড কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না, এজেন্টের সাথেও না।
পাবলিক বা অন্যের ফোনে লগইন করলে কাজ শেষে লগআউট করুন।
সন্দেহ হলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে পাসওয়ার্ড বদলান।
কয়েক মাস পরপর বা কোনো ঝুঁকির পর পাসওয়ার্ড বদলানো ভালো অভ্যাস।

Notout পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেলে কী করব?

notout.co-র লগইন পাতার “Forgot your password?” লিংকে গিয়ে নিবন্ধিত ফোন নম্বর দিন, OTP লিখে নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড বসান। নম্বর না থাকলে যে এজেন্টের মাধ্যমে আইডি খুলেছেন, তাঁকে রিসেট করতে বলুন।

এজেন্ট কি আমার পাসওয়ার্ড দেখতে পারে?

এজেন্ট আইডি খোলার সময় বা রিসেট করে দিলে সেই পাসওয়ার্ড জানেন। তাই সেই অবস্থায় ঢুকেই নিজে নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড বসান। আপনার বানানো পাসওয়ার্ড কাউকে বলবেন না।

কতদিন পরপর পাসওয়ার্ড বদলানো উচিত?

নির্দিষ্ট কোনো নিয়ম Notout-এর পাতায় লেখা নেই। কয়েক মাস পরপর আর কোনো সন্দেহজনক ঘটনা, ফোন হারানো বা অন্যের ডিভাইসে লগইনের পর বদলানো ভালো।

১৮+ ও দেশের আইন

এই লেখা শুধু তথ্য ও নিরাপত্তার জন্য, ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয়। বাংলাদেশের জুয়া প্রতিরোধ আইন ২০২৬ অনলাইন জুয়া ও বেটিংকে অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য করে, তাই নিজের অবস্থা নিয়ে আইনজীবীর পরামর্শ নিন।

“Notout-এর অ্যাপ নামালেই সব সহজ।” এমন কথা অনেক গ্রুপে ঘোরে। ১১ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত আমরা এর পক্ষে কোনো প্রমাণ পাইনি। not out apps খুঁজলে যা আসে, তার কোনোটিকেই আমরা Notout-এর অফিসিয়াল অ্যাপ হিসেবে নিশ্চিত করতে পারিনি। Google Play আর Apple App Store-এ Notout নামে কোনো অফিসিয়াল অ্যাপ নেই। আমাদের Notout গাইড হোমপেজে লেখা আছে, মোবাইল ওয়েবসাইটই যথেষ্ট, অ্যাপ নামাতে হয় না।

নিচে চারটি প্রচলিত ধারণা একে একে মিলিয়ে দেখেছি। তারপর আছে কোনো অ্যাপ নিরাপদ কি না যাচাইয়ের নিয়ম।

সংক্ষেপে: Notout-এর কোনো অফিসিয়াল অ্যাপ আমরা খুঁজে পাইনি। কেউ “অফিসিয়াল Notout অ্যাপ” দিলে সেটা আমাদের তালিকার বাইরে।

স্টোরে Notout অ্যাপ নেই কেন, সম্ভাব্য কারণ

Google Play-তে টাকা দিয়ে খেলার অ্যাপের জন্য আলাদা নিয়ম আছে। Google Play-এর রিয়েল-মানি গ্যাম্বলিং নীতি অনুযায়ী এমন অ্যাপকে নির্দিষ্ট দেশ, লাইসেন্স আর আবেদনের শর্ত পূরণ করতে হয়। শর্ত না মিললে অ্যাপ স্টোরে আসে না।

Notout কেন অ্যাপ বানায়নি, তা আমরা জানি না। প্ল্যাটফর্ম এ নিয়ে কোনো ঘোষণা দেয়নি। তাই আমরা শুধু এটুকু বলছি: স্টোরে নেই, আর আমাদের হোমপেজ অ্যাপের কথা বলে না।

আমাদের হোমপেজে লগইন আর রেজিস্টার বাটন একটাই ডোমেইনে যায়: notout.co। এটাই হোমপেজে তালিকাভুক্ত প্ল্যাটফর্ম ঠিকানা। ফোনের ব্রাউজারে এই ঠিকানা হুবহু টাইপ করুন। বানান একটু আলাদা হলেই অন্য সাইটে চলে যেতে পারেন।

অন্য নামের ডোমেইন কেন আসে, আর notout.co ও notout.net-এর পার্থক্য কী, তা আমাদের notout.co বনাম notout.net তুলনায় আলাদা করে লেখা আছে।

অ্যাপের মতো এক ট্যাপে খুলতে চাইলে ব্রাউজারের মেনু থেকে “Add to Home screen” দিয়ে শর্টকাট রাখতে পারেন। এটা কোনো ফাইল ইনস্টল করে না, শুধু ঠিকানাটা হোম স্ক্রিনে রাখে।

কেউ “Notout অ্যাপ” দিলে আগে চারটি প্রশ্ন

অন্য সাইট, ফেসবুক পোস্ট বা টেলিগ্রাম গ্রুপে “Notout app download” লিংক দেখলে থামুন। নিচের প্রশ্নগুলোর একটার উত্তরও “না” হলে ইনস্টল করবেন না।

স্টোর পেজে ডেভেলপারের নাম কি প্ল্যাটফর্মের সঙ্গে মেলে, আর সেই নাম কি কোনো অফিসিয়াল উৎসে উল্লেখ আছে?
অ্যাপ কি শুধু কাজের জন্য দরকারি পারমিশন চাইছে?
ইনস্টলের আগে Play Protect কোনো সতর্কবার্তা দিচ্ছে না তো?

নিচের অংশে প্রতিটি প্রশ্ন একটু খুলে বলছি।

স্টোর পেজে ডেভেলপারের নাম দেখুন

স্টোরে অ্যাপের নামের ঠিক নিচে ডেভেলপারের নাম থাকে। একই লোগো আর নাম দিয়ে নকল অ্যাপ বানানো সহজ। তাই শুধু আইকন দেখে ভরসা করবেন না। ডেভেলপারের নাম, তার অন্য অ্যাপ, আর “About this app” অংশের ইমেইল মিলিয়ে দেখুন। Notout-এর ক্ষেত্রে মেলানোর মতো কোনো অফিসিয়াল ডেভেলপার নামই নেই। তাই “Notout” নামের যেকোনো স্টোর অ্যাপ তৃতীয় পক্ষের।

অ্যাপ কী কী পারমিশন চাইছে

একটা খেলার স্কোর দেখার অ্যাপের আপনার SMS, কনট্যাক্ট বা স্ক্রিন কন্ট্রোল লাগার কথা না। এমন পারমিশন চাইলে সন্দেহ করুন। SMS পড়তে পারলে অ্যাপ বিকাশ বা নগদের OTP দেখে ফেলতে পারে।

অ্যান্ড্রয়েডে পারমিশন দেখা আর বন্ধ করার ধাপ আছে Google-এর অ্যাপ পারমিশন গাইডে। iPhone-এ একই কাজের নিয়ম পাবেন Apple-এর অ্যাপ অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ গাইডে।

Play Protect চালু রাখুন

Google Play Protect ফোনের অ্যাপ স্ক্যান করে। ক্ষতিকর অ্যাপ পেলে সতর্ক করে, কখনো বন্ধও করে দেয়। এটা Play Store-এর বাইরে থেকে আনা অ্যাপও দেখে। চালু আছে কি না দেখতে Play Store খুলে প্রোফাইল ছবিতে ট্যাপ করুন, তারপর Play Protect-এ যান। বিস্তারিত আছে Google Play Protect সহায়তা পেজে।

Play Protect “ক্ষতিকর হতে পারে” বললে সেই সতর্কতা উপেক্ষা করবেন না। “Install anyway” চাপবেন না।

iPhone ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য আলাদা সতর্কতা

iPhone-এ সাধারণত App Store থেকেই অ্যাপ নামানো হয়। তাই প্রতারকেরা অন্য পথ নেয়। কেউ একটা লিংক দিয়ে “প্রোফাইল” বা “কনফিগারেশন” ইনস্টল করতে বলতে পারে। এমন প্রোফাইল ফোনের সেটিংসে বড় নিয়ন্ত্রণ পেতে পারে। অচেনা উৎসের প্রোফাইল ইনস্টল করবেন না। আগে ভুল করে করে থাকলে Settings থেকে General, তারপর VPN & Device Management-এ গিয়ে দেখুন অচেনা কিছু আছে কি না। থাকলে মুছে দিন।

APK ফাইলের ঝুঁকি, সহজ ভাষায়

APK হলো অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপের ইনস্টল ফাইল। স্টোরের বাইরে থেকে APK নামালে কেউ তা আগে পরীক্ষা করেছে, এমন নিশ্চয়তা থাকে না। আমরা কোনো Notout APK লিংক দিচ্ছি না, কারণ অফিসিয়াল কোনো APK আমরা দেখিনি।

স্টোরের বাইরের অ্যাপে সাধারণত এই ঝুঁকিগুলো থাকে:

ভুল করে কোনো APK ইনস্টল করে ফেললে দেরি না করে অ্যাপটি আনইনস্টল করুন। তারপর Play Protect দিয়ে ফোন স্ক্যান করুন। যে পাসওয়ার্ড অ্যাপে দিয়েছিলেন, সেটা বদলান। “Install unknown apps” অনুমতি আবার বন্ধ করে দিন।

একটা উদাহরণ: টেলিগ্রামের লিংক

উদাহরণটি বোঝানোর জন্য বানানো। কেউ টেলিগ্রামে লিখল, “নতুন Notout অ্যাপ, দ্রুত উইথড্র।” সঙ্গে একটা APK ফাইল। চারটি প্রশ্নে মেলালে ছবিটা এমন:

চারটিতেই “না”। ফাইলটি মুছে দিন। আর “দ্রুত উইথড্র” ধরনের প্রতিশ্রুতি নিজেই একটা সতর্ক সংকেত।

অ্যাপ নয়, যাচাই করুন এজেন্ট আর যোগাযোগ

অনেক প্রতারণা অ্যাপ দিয়ে নয়, ভুয়া এজেন্ট বা ভুয়া সাপোর্ট নম্বর দিয়ে হয়। কেউ “অ্যাপ সাপোর্ট” বলে নম্বর দিলে আমাদের মাস্টার এজেন্ট তালিকায় আগে মিলিয়ে নিন। সাপোর্টের তালিকাভুক্ত পথ দেখতে চাইলে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস পেজ খুলুন।

কোনো অবস্থাতেই OTP, পিন বা পাসওয়ার্ড কাউকে দেবেন না। সাপোর্টের কাউকে আপনার পিন জানার দরকার পড়ে না।

আমরা কীভাবে অ্যাপের খোঁজ মিলিয়েছি

১১ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ আমরা Google Play আর বাংলাদেশের App Store-এ “notout” ও “not out bet” লিখে খুঁজেছি। Notout-এর কোনো অ্যাপ পাইনি। আমাদের হোমপেজ আর তালিকাভুক্ত notout.co সাইটেও কোনো অ্যাপ ডাউনলোড লিংক দেখিনি। অন্য কয়েকটি সাইট অ্যাপ থাকার দাবি করে, কিন্তু সেগুলো আমাদের তালিকার বাইরে, তাই নাম দিচ্ছি না। প্ল্যাটফর্ম পরে অ্যাপ আনলে এই পাতা হালনাগাদ করব।

আইন ও বয়স নিয়ে একটি কথা

তালা চিহ্ন দেখলেই সাইট নিরাপদ, এই ধারণা পুরোনো। প্রতারক সাইটেও https থাকতে পারে। তাই বানান আর ব্রাউজারের সতর্কবার্তাই বড় পরীক্ষা।

নিজে কোনো Notout ডোমেইন যাচাই করবেন যেভাবে

আমাদের কার্ডগুলো এক দিনের ছবি। পরে নতুন ডোমেইন আসতে পারে। তাই নিজে পরীক্ষা করার পাঁচটি সহজ উপায় শিখে রাখুন।
